Why I Cried Last Night---- Toke Makinwa

Popular OAP Toke Makinwa shared with her fans why she broke down in tears last night. According to her, God have lifted her higher in everything and she’s grateful.
She wrote on Instagram “I can’t complain, GOD has been good to me. Last night I broke down in tears, it hit me that all I used to pray for, so many things I had on my prayer list, he has done.
The beauty about God is he is not w noise maker, he does and over does and keeps doing. You have to shut yourself away from the word sometimes to take stock of your life. When you do, you realise suddenly your prayer list has gotten shorter and shorter, he did it, while I slept he did it. #Blessed”

I used to beg for money to eat — Tonto Dikeh

There are many sides to everybody. For Tonto Dikeh, it seems the side that is well known is the wild one.
Controversial as many may think this singer and actress is, she does have her subtle side and she laid it on the line for everyone to see in an Instagram post on Wednesday by telling whoever cares to listen her story of humble beginning.
“Growing up life was not easy, not after I lost my mom at the age of three. Though I thank my step mom for keeping up with my rudeness and stubbornness. Sometimes, I felt like killing myself but God saw me through that stage in my life and sometimes I sit and ask God why me?
At the age of twenty, I said to myself `I wouldn’t ask my dad for money- I wanted to be independent. I tried traveling to UK but I got refused at Nigerian Embassy, not because my documents were not complete but because I didn’t have the connection to pass through” she stated
“University life was so hard for me, handouts I could not afford, I begged from hand to mouth just to eat! Sometimes, I considered going back to my dad but ego and pride wouldn’t let me.
Then, all my jeans were Alaba bend-down-select. If the jeans was longer than me I would cut it to my size to make it look rugged! If I asked friends for a favour, before they helped they would ask me to do something for them in return, like cleaning their rooms, or helping with course work” she added.
She then went on to advise her fans never to give up in their struggle to make it in life. For sometime now, Tonto has been engaging in a soft kind of motivational talks on social media, showing people there might be another side to the controversial figure we all hate to love.
My thought about those who call Jonathan a hero – Adokiye

Self-professed virgin and musician ,Adokiye has slammed president Jonathan ,saying any one who calls him a hero should have their brains checked .Adokiye who said her mother is from the same village with the former first lady told Vanguard
“ I feel really bad for the Nigerians calling President Jonathan a hero. Hero to who please?” she asked disdainfully. “ Why waste your saliva and brain on someone who has brought poverty, national blackout, danger, unemployment, terror and insecurity to our dear nation.Don’t get me wrong, he was my president before now. His wife is even from my mum’s village, Ogu Bolo in Okrika and I know her home. So, they are my people. But my dear, he disappointed me. Someone that has seen poverty before but was blessed by God to change mankind. What did he do?
He forgot us and started forming ‘big man’ for Nigerians. I bet he thought the world was his. Thank God for his mercy for not allowing him to come back tocomplete his mission of doom”
She also took on those who worked under the former president ,she said
“They were all heartless people. People that could not feel the pains of the poor who put them there to serve then. If anybody by now is still calling Jonathan a hero that person should be checked”

Stella Damasus lashes out at critics

Veteran Nollywood actress, Stella Damasus has lashed out at critics who attacked her for reading the bible by a pool.
The actress wrote: –
“So i just got information that some bloggers have been going crazy because of my post with my BIBLE. According to them, I am too sinful to carry the bible or talk about God. When I found out that these people live in Nigeria I was wondering how my love for God and his word was more important to them than the crisis facing the nation that they should be talking about. Instead of me to get angry, I rejoiced and praised my God because I realized that the enemy cannot handle where God is taking me and the blessings that are coming my way, so he is doing all he can to push my b*ttons. This is my response “you are messing with the wrong person so stop wasting your time”. To all those who feel ashamed or are worried about spreading the good news of Christ because of what people may say; don’t let the enemy shut your mouth. Don’t let him put fear or intimidation in front of you. Don’t let him stop you from carrying out your assignment. Most importantly, let God fight your battles but keep spreading his word regardless. #blockoutthehaters #iamtooblessedtobestressed #Godpikin #iloveJesus #annointed #childofGod #princessinhiscourt”

Kiss Daniel expresses affection for older ladies

Nigerian’s fast rising artist, Oluwatobiloba Daniel, otherwise known as kiss Daniel has revealed his interest for older ladies.
While speaking in a recent interview with Stargist, the Woju crooner dismissed that age was one of the criteria to consider before falling in love, arguing that what mostly matters in such situation is the ‘chemistry’ between those involved.
“It depends on the chemistry and the level of understanding by both parties. Age is not a barrier when it comes to loving and sharing emotions. So, I will say yes. I can marry an older lover,” he disclosed.
However, the ‘woju’ singer kicked against the trend of becoming a father before actual wedding, saying such was not decent.
He said, “Being a baby father is not a trend. There are several other act that are not baby fathers. For me, my music is prime and paramount. I have a clear understanding of what I want and being a baby father is not part of my blueprint. It’s business from the sun up to the sun down,”
Why i like to expose my breast -------Emma Nyra's

In a recent chat with Encomium magazine, singer, Emma Nyra disclosed the reason she always reveals her boobs in videos and at events.
“It’s not that I flaunt them but part of your selling point as a female artist is your body, your voice, your look, your hair, everything.
Chidinma’s lack of hair is her selling point, you understand. Each part of you is your selling point,” she said.
She was further asked why she finds it interesting to show it off even when they are not sizable, she added: “Its confidence, you understand. Somebody like Toolz for example, her selling point is her body. Before her voice, it’s her body. As a woman, her own packaging is always different. I have grown up to be comfortable with the way the skin is because, I have accepted the fact that I can’t change it. I have to accept the way I am. Men don’t look at me, the women look at women. If I go out with or without makeup, a man will not notice. But if I go out and I see a woman, she will say Emma Nyra, you are looking different from how I see you on TV. She would comment on everything to my eyebrow but a man won’t look that deep unless he is into fashion and everything. I have learnt to accept myself. If you are not confident about yourself, people won’t buy your brand” she added.
When asked what her standing was as regards bleaching the skin, Emma explained thus;
“I grew up with white people and I noticed that white people tan. They wanted to look like me whereas I wanted to look like them while growing up because I wanted to belong.
This bleaching thing, Indians do it too, even Americans do it. It’s been so bad lately because the society’s perception of beauty has to do with it.
